Bobby has a special place in my heart. His mother (Peggy) and his sister (Elaine) were friends of mine and my grandmother's (Mary Fraley) My grandmother adored Bobby and we often sat with him during Church Services at First Presbyterian. Bobby was so kind and loving. I am blessed to have known him and his family.
