WILKES-BARRE — Timothy P. Totten, 45, of Wilkes-Barre, died Oct. 28, 2024. A celebration of his life will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Daniel J. Hughes Funeral & Cremation Service, 617 Carey Ave., Wilkes-Barre.
