I'm so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was my boss for a number if years at the Economic Development Council of NEPA. My family also shared an uncle, Phil Desciak, with him. Bill was a great boss and put up with a fairly young, unruly employee with great aplomb -- and he gave me a good recommendation when I applied for a job in York, Pa. I'll say a prayer for Bill and his family. Thanks, Bill, for being a positive part of my life!

To Bob and the entire extended Desciak Family. As good a Friends we are with Bob, it seemed all of the immediate Desciak Family were forever present and welcoming at the home on Blackman St growing up. Always a strong Family presence. And Bill was always there (mostly in the kitchen snacking!) as I recall. In this way, we were able to know the whole Family. A memorable lifelong unique experience for sure. Thank you Bill for treating us as your friends. Priceless.
