He loved the Madres and the Madres loved him, he spent his last year on the Board of Directors as 1st Vice President and he got to present the greatest kids as our guests. What fun.

Al & I fell in love back in 1986. Although it did not endure, it gave us 2 beautiful children-Briana & Billy. That shared love for our children is what eventually led us back to our friendship. I am so thankful that Marty & her extended family were able to give Al the love & life he deserved!

I believe it was the first time he went into the hospital. It was when he worked in PB. He was probably in his 40´s. I´m guessing because it´s been so long ago. I went to visit him and he was sleeping peacefully. So I sat with him for a couple of hours. I just sat watched him he had no clue I was even there! RIP Union Brother!

I was saddened to hear of Al´s passing. Growing up in Cinnaminson, Al was a neighbor & friend to me and two of my brothers. Lots of great memories hanging out with Al, Kenny and the neighborhood kids riding bikes, playing tag, & simply sitting on the back step talking, telling stories and jokes.
I was fortunate to meet up again with Al (later as an adult) when I lived with my brothers Mike and Joe in San Diego. It was like there was never a lapse in time, and shenanigans picked right back up again. So many fun times.
My deepest condolences to you all.
May you rest easy my friend.

Al and I retired from the Post Office on the same day. We had so much fun at Work, Union Events, Conventions, Moose Lodge and more.
His famous words to me were "Security!" and "Are you going to eat all that!?" Al, you are dearly missed. Rest in Peace. Till we meet again!

Memory is pulling up to his house when I was about 8 years old and he came out with a train whistle and yelled "all aboard you´ve arrive at uncle Al´s the kiddies pals!"
