Michael C. Campbell

Michael passed away suddenly at around 1pm on Thursday September, 11th at Grossmont Hospital due to complications from previously undiagnosed cancer and acute respiratory failure. He was born at Sharp Memorial Hospital on November 8th, 1957 to his parents Charles and Beverly. Mike was raised in La Mesa and remained there his entire life at the family home. He worked as an automotive machinist for over 40 years, loved fishing, and racing with his son at the San Diego Karting Association back in the late 90s and early 2000s. Mike is survived by his son Timothy, sister Sandy, half-sister Stephanie, nephew Chris, niece Deedee, Deedee's children, as well as the many friends he grew up with in La Mesa. The funeral will be held at 10:00am, November 14th, 2025 at Singing Hills Memorial Park at 2800 Dehesa Rd, El Cajon, CA 92019.
