Carol Gorman Obituary
Carol Gorman, age 77 of East Peoria, died at 10:31 AM at her home on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
Carol was born on March 28, 1943 in Rochester, PA, the daughter of Charles and Mary "Betty" (Davis) Silver. She married Corby Gorman on October 20, 1962 in SC, and he survives.
Also surviving are one son Corby (Ardienne) Gorman Jr. of East Peoria; three brothers, Charles (Susan) Silver Jr. of Akron, OH, William (Carol) Silver of Beaver Falls, PA, and Russell (Alice) Silver of Aliquippa, PA; three grandchildren, Rebecca and David Gorman and Duncan Ryan; and two great-grandchildren, Dylan and Jailyn Gorman.
Carol served in the Marines and then dedicated her life to her family as a military wife and mother. She also showed Lhasa Apso Dogs for many years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Morton.
A memorial service will be at a later date. Donations may be made to her church.
