Janice Brubaker Obituary
Grove City
Janice Loree (Blucher) Brubaker, 86, of Grove City and formerly of Beaver Falls, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020, at the Grove City Medical Center.
She was a daughter of the late Edward W. Blucher and Ruth A. (Rolinson) Briancesco. Janice was born on August 11, 1933, in New Brighton. She graduated from Beaver Falls High School, Class of 1951. Janice was a draftsman for Ingrich Manufacturing, Beaver Falls and HHRobertson, Ambridge until she retired.
Throughout her lifetime, she loved and cared for animals and was an avid bowler.
She adored her nieces and nephews, treating them as her own. She attended all their sports events and extra-curricular activities.
Surviving is a sister, Joyce "Jokey" Clarke, Grove City; a brother, Roland "Sonny" (Darlene) Blucher, Beaver Falls; nieces and nephews, Vikki (Cliff) Franklin, Grove City; Judy (Gene) Campagna, Grove City; Thomas Clarke, Columbia, S.C.; Kirsten (Scott) Simpson, Cary, N.C.; and Daniel (Michelle) Blucher, Cranberry Township; great-nieces and nephews, Travis (Deborah) Franklin, Lauryn and Kara Franklin, Alec and Clark Goodwin, Lucas and Logan Clarke, Mackenzie (Ben) Watkins, Nicholas (Mandy) Simpson, Bekkah Simpson, Jackson, Clayton, Ben and Sydney Blucher; and great-great-nieces and nephews, Ellie and Maxwell Franklin and Noah Simpson.
Janice was preceded in death by a brother, Darryl Blucher (1940); a brother-in-law, Leonard Clarke (2018); and a nephew, Richard Clarke (2010).
Friends will be received Saturday from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. in the HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls. Her brother Sonny Blucher will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made in Janice's name to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
