Conway - Judith Mae Merriman Blinn, 79, of Conway passed away on February 21,2021. She was the daughter of the late Carl E. Merriman Sr. and Orella June Merriman.
Judy worked 21 years with Century National Bank as a teller. She served 13 years as Conway Borough Tax Collector, and was a member of the Conway Civic Women's Club. Judy was a lifelong member of the former Conway United Presbyterian Church, where she served as an elder, deacon, treasurer, and was a member of the choir.
In addition to her parents , she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Blinn, and her brother, Ray Allen Merriman.
She is survived by her children, James Edward Gill, TN, and Debra Ann Felts, TN, stepchildren Jeffrey, Patrick, Christopher, and Timothy Blinn, Jean Marie Murray, Janet Malinak, Amy Lawrence, siblings, Carl E. ( Beverley) Merriman Jr. and Darlene A. Schwartz, two granddaughters, Carly and Abigail, a great grandson, a great granddaughter , several step grandchildren , and step great grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Wednesday From 2- 4 and 6-8 in the Poland Funeral Home INC., 901 First Ave, Conway ,David M. Alvarez, supervisor, 724-869-7700. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11AM at the funeral home. Internment will follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
