Mildred Nalesnik Obituary
Big Beaver Boro - Mildred A. Nalesnik, 83, of Big Beaver Boro, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 in her residence with her loving husband by her side.
Born on January 6, 1938 in New Galilee, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Thyra (Hoopergardener) Phillips.
Mildred is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, John J. Nalesnik Sr.; five children, George (Lita) Phillips, of Las Vegas, Karen (Jeff) Wolfe, of New Galilee, John Jr. (Kim) Nalesnik, Stephen (Debbie) Nalesnik, all of Darlington, and Mary Ann Bork, of Texas; fourteen grandchildren, Audrey, Aaron, Courtney, Jesse, Brody, Brittany, Brandon, J.J., Breana, Jennifer, Jessica, Carla, Amanda and Amber; twenty one great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Catherine Robinson, Mary Strock, and Bill Phillips.
Friends will be received on Friday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC.- 117 Blackhawk Rd., Chippewa Township, www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com. A funeral service will take place on Saturday at 11:00 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Lee Bittner officiating.
A private interment will be in Grandview Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Trinity Family Practice, extended thanks to Dr. Ujevich for his compassion during the last few days of her life. As well as Dr. Patel and Dr. Yakish from cardiology levels 1, 3,and E.R. for the special care and comfort they provided for Mildred.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association- 3582 Broadhead Rd. #201, Monaca, PA 15061.
