Jayne Kramer Obituary
passed away Oct. 31, 2013 in Columbus, Ohio. She was born Oct. 22, 1946 at the Dennison hospital, raised in Barnhill and graduated from Dennison St Mary's High School. She was on the homecoming court. She moved to Columbus after high school, eventually retiring from the Dental Division at The Ohio State University Hospital. Jayne had a very outgoing and friendly personality with a very unique sense of humor. She had many interests including being a fan of the Ohio State University football and basketball teams, and the Cleveland Indians. She was an avid and skilled bowler. Jayne had a deep interest in sports from the time she could walk, being the tomboy of the neighborhood.
She is survived by her mother, Laura Russell; and brother, Ray Russell, both of Virginia Beach. She also has two nieces, Lori Montross and Carin White, both of Virginia Beach, along with their husbands, Ian Montross and John White. She had two great nieces, Hailey Russell and Brooke White; along with one great nephew, Kyle Montross, all of Virginia Beach. She had a lifelong significant other, Edgar (Butch) King, and a very close and loving relationship with his daughters, Katie Gillum and Trisha Siasor.
Friends and family may call Monday, Nov. 11, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. at the WEIR-AREND FUNERAL HOME 4221 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43214, where service will be held immediately following at 7 p.m. Burial will be held Tuesday at Calvary Cemetery at New Philadelphia, Ohio.
