To the Dunning family, Dr. Dunning, Professor Dunning , Fran...was one of the best at MVCC. He was a student advocate and his concern was that students received the best education so that they would be successful as they transferred to 4 year colleges. So many times the 4 year colleges commented on how far ahead the MVCC students coming out of the Engineering Science program were in comparison to other students. Fran was consistent and fair to his department members. He was one of the best Deans that MVCC ever had and I was blessed to work under his guidance. I learned so much from him. He will be missed by so many. He played an important part in thousands of students lives. I was blessed to have known him and worked with him. My sincere condolences to Fran´s family. Celia Domser
