Devoted Family Man
LITTLE FALLS - Tadeusz (Teddy) Wojcicki, 88, of Little Falls and formerly of the Town of Danube, passed away peacefully on Sunday July 4, 2021 at Little Falls Hospital, with his devoted children by his side.
Teddy was born November 21, 1932, in Little Falls, the son of Peter and Victoria (Czech) Wojcicki and was educated in Fort Plain schools.
His marriage to Stella (Rugla) took place on June 10, 1961, at the Holy Spirit Polish National Catholic Church, Little Falls. Teddy and Stella shared a blessed union for 58 years, until her passing on November 24, 2019.
For many years, along with his wife, Stella, they owned and operated the family dairy farm on Fordsbush Road, Fort Plain, until their retirement in 1990. After their retirement from the dairy farm, Teddy along with his loving wife Stella enjoyed traveling, especially to Stella's homeland of Poland.
Teddy was a member of the Canajoharie-Fort Plain Elks #2621 and during his membership received the honor of being Elk of The Year, for his dedication to the Elks organization and his local lodge.
He is survived by his son, Mark Wojcicki, of Little Falls; and his daughter, Tammy Heiser and husband, Steve, of Fort Plain; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and in-law family.
Teddy was predeceased by his sister, Wanda Wieczenski; and in-laws, John and Mary Pawelek.
In honoring the family's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service for Teddy and Stella on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., at the Holy Spirit Polish National Cemetery, Town of Herkimer.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, 527 E. Albany Street, Herkimer, NY 315-866-1500.
