Thank you for sharing Barbara with us at Beltrone for so long. My husband enjoyed playing bridge with Barbara and Joe many summers ago. I would see her at lunch these past few years as well as meet her on the elevator where we would chat about getting together again one of these days. She was an elegant lady, always. I interviewed both Joe & Barbara in their apartment for our residents' "Beltrone Buzz" monthly newsletter in August 2016. In the last paragraph I noted "Barbara is inspired by the spirituality of making prayer shawls with parishioners at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Delmar. Her skill with fabric is evident throughout their home. She just completed an intricate project making 8 quilted table runners from her mom's collection of aprons to share with family". She contributed to many lives through her Cornell Cooperative Extension TV programs and classes. May fond memories comfort you as you celebrate a life well lives. My sincere condolences.
