Bea Ganeles Obituary
SAN MARCOS, Calif. - Bea Ganeles, originally of Albany, N.Y., passed away Monday, October 27, 2025, in Encinitas, California. Daughter of Fannie and Samuel Feldman, she was born in Peekskill, N.Y. on November 28, 1930.
After graduating from Peekskill High School, and loving both the Adirondacks and the beach, she lived in Albany working in real estate and property management, before moving on to healthcare insurance in San Diego. Predeceased by her daughter, Dorrie; and survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Diane; and her beloved grandsons Brian and Jayda; along with several nieces and nephews, she is remembered for her humor, wisdom, and generosity for her family, friends and animals.
There will be no services, but memorial donations may be made to Doctors Without Borders or the ASPCA.

Sincere sympathy to Michael and family. I was a college friend of Dorrie and your mother was always so friendly and welcoming to me when I came over with Dorrie. They are together again and both remembered fondly.
