I worked with Carlton for many years at NYSDSS and then NYSOTDA. Carlton was an incredibly selfless, modest, and gracious person. He was steadfast in his willingnedss to perform all aspects of his em0loyment and was unflagging in his sense of responsibility to those with whom he worked. My sincere sympathies to his family whom he always spoke of affectionately to his workmates.

I was fortunate to have worked with Carlton @ NYSOTDA, he was a wonderful man and always took the time to stop by to say hello, he will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
