To the family,
My deepest condolences to you and yours. My mom and dad were good friends of Bill and Maureen for years when I was a kid. My mom babysat the kids after Mrs Sweet died. I remember going down to the house with my mom and I was so happy the kids loved my mom so much. My heart goes out to all of you and hope you know my mom loved you all as if you were her own. Our deepest sympathy to you and yours.

Dan was a bundle of nervous energy, uncontrollable wit, and heart. His capacity to see the best in people was amazing regardless of how life treated him. I was his friend for 17 years. I will never forget you Puddin'.
