Dear Paul & Tom and Louise and Dave:

I was very sorry to hear about Dave. He was a little younger when we were kids but still fit in well. Tom was younger still. I don´t think I ever met Dave´s
immediate family members. Maplewood was a fun and safe place to grow up. I remember your parents well and your grandparents too. I almost saw Michael Acker at my aunts funeral last spring but didn´t know he was there until after. He worked on the railroad with my cousin Tom. I hope you are all doing well. I´m sorry I couldn´t make it to his service but I was away last weekend. Please accept my sympathies.

Sincerely,

Dave Holupko

Tom, My condolences regarding your brother´s recent passing. It brought a smile to my face to read he had rebuilt the family camp. I remember enjoying some happy times there and playing tennis up in Saratoga Park. My mom happened to pass the same day otherwise I would have stopped to pay my respects at the service.

I'm so sorry. I was a classmate of David's at WHS. Always easy to talk to, a good friend at Watervliet.
