Navarette, Donna
TROY - Donna Navarette, 64 of Troy, died on Monday, February 27, 2023, at Samaritan Hospital in Troy after a brief illness.
Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Wolosen Danyla, and the sister of the late John and Darla Danyla. She had a passion and joy in caring for her three grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey Navarette; her sister, Tania Zalucky; her children, Jeremy Navarette, Danica Navarette, Justin Navarette and Danae Gentry; and her grandchildren, Alexander Kaplan, Raelyn Gentry and Riley Gentry.
The funeral service for Donna will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home with Father Vasyl Dovgan of St. Nicholas Church in Troy officiating. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery in Troy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
