Doris Stidnick

Stidnick, Doris PALM HARBOR, Fla. Doris Joan Stidnick, 85 of Palm Harbor, passed away on Novemeber 1, 2018. She was born in Troy on July 19, 1933, to the late Stephen and Eva (Pawlikoski) Fushak. Doris graduated from Watervliet High School in Watervliet and went on to work for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Soon, she met the love of her life, Colonel (Ret.) Wesley C. Stidnick Jr. and they were married on April 8, 1956. They spent 53 wonderful years together before Wesley passed away in 2009. Doris was preceded in death by her dear parents; her husband, Colonel (Ret.) Wesley C. Stidnick Jr.; her son, David M. Stidnick; grandson, Tristan M. Stidnick; and aunts, Helen Javers (Charlie) and Christine Petregal (Andrew). Doris is survived by her daughter, Lori Montgomery and Lori's husband, Richard; granddaughter, Roxanne Montgomery and son Logan Wesley; grandsons, Matthew Stidnick and Christopher Montgomery.
