I started my career with the NYSDOT in Region 1 and met Frank. We were instant friends. He was such a kind and helpful man. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. Rest in Peace dear friend!

I conduct our chorus ( Choraliers) at Coburg and enjoyed having Frank as a member. He had a beautiful singing voice and and was a great addition. He was also a very thoughtful and kind person, who called or sent a note when I was ill. He had a big heart and truly cared about others. We will miss him here at Coburg.

Frank was a colorful neighbor at Coburg Village. A mainstay at the annual Talent Show, he sang, told jokes, and was a member of the Choraliers. He sat up front at residents´ meeting, offered his opinions and advice, and often led the Pledge of Allegiance. We shared a Watervliet background and a sense of humor.
Frank will be well remembered. May he rest in peace.

Frank was a stand up guy. Always a gentleman. He was a mainstay at Church and was always looking to learn (lots of questions). He love to sing and entertain. He will be missed and not forgotten.

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He was a good friend of my father and uncle. I saw him perform on the drums a few times. We had him perform at our house for a party.
He was an excellent drummer, singer and a gentleman.
