Thank You god for giving me an angel of a man in my life!! He was more than an uncle to me he was like a father.Thank you uncle Henry for being a great mentor.A great listener and a great friend. I'll never forget the good times we had at the house with you and grandma,The times in Florida in Homestead chasing the orange lizards. All the Sunday dinners and parties at the house in Glenmont. I remember little Davids first birthday party in Stephentown. I don't think Henry missed one of his birthday's even the one at Chuckie Cheese. Where there was a party there was Uncle Henry.I'll never forget the times being at the house and just sitting there on the big white table watching a movie with Uncle Henry while he sat on his long green chair. All the talks, all the laughs never doubting me and teaching me things that made me who I am today. Thank you for teaching me the meaning of true family values. So many memories and I'm very lucky to have them with a wonderful man that I'm going to miss very much. I wish you could have been at Davids wedding in August in person, as does he, but I know in my heart you will be there in spirit along side Ma, Grandma and Grandpa. I love you Uncle Henry I will always remember your smile!!! (RIP)

Henry was the consummate restaurateur, always welcoming, always teaching and always with style. I remember him from an early age at the Golden Fox where he always came over to our table to say hello to my father. Years later I worked in the bar and restaurant world and while never an employee of Henry's, I none the less learned from him. He was always willing to share his experience and never failed to inquire about my father always asking “How's the Doc?” My life is richer for having known him. Keeping Henry, the Junco family and those who lives he touched in my thoughts and close to heart.

I had the privledge of working for Henry for over 20 years. Not only was Henry my "boss", he was a dear and close friend. I remember going out with Henry and Bertie many times over the years with my own family. Those are times I will NEVER forget. The world was truly a better place with him in it. I am a better man for having known Henry as long as I did. My thoughts and prayer go out to his family.

The man I always knew as "Uncle Henry" was one of the kindest, most loving souls, to ever grace this world. I'll never forget our time spent sitting in a booth, watching the world outside go by, and the wisdom he unselfishly passed on to me. Thank you, Henry, for always being the person you were.

And Henry, one small favor: when you see him, please give my regards to Grandpa(Eloy) for me, and let him know that we still miss him.

Henry Junco: Definition: Kind Individual that operated some of Albanys Finest eating Establishments. He had a heart of Gold and dressed like a duke. I will always remember his ability to make each patron feel at home.

Pleasant memories of Golden Fox and Stone Ends, particularly if Henry recognized you, and more so if he knew you were a classmate or friend of his nieces or nephews. A class act.

Thank you for your sacrifice in service to our country.

My thoughts and prayers are with Henry's family at this time. I was blessed to call Henry "friend." I had the pleasure of working under him at Ozzie's and Quintessence. He was truly a gentleman and has left a great impression on me. I was glad to keep in contact with him over the years. He will be missed but let there be no doubt, this world is a better place because of Henry! He touched many lives and I know my life is better because of him. Thank you Henry!
