Isabelle Colca

Colca, Isabelle RICHMONDVILLE Isabelle Colca, 64 of Richmondville, passed away on March 4, 2021, at St. Peter's Hospital. Born in Elmsford, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Roger and Jeanie Jalbert. Isabelle was a New York City patrol officer in the 49th Precinct and retired as a narcotics detective in the South Bronx, a job in which she loved. She also is retired from Spectrum. Isabelle is survived by her loving husband Keith, and her beloved nine furbabys; stepchildren, Ashley Colca, Samantha Colca and Brian Colca of Fair Lawn, N.J., also Liam Foley and Edward Foley Jr. of Long Island; and sister-in-law Karen Peer and husband Vaughn of Warwick N.Y. She had many loving friends. She loved the warm summers and her classic cars. She was a member of Tri City Muscle in Albany. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Isabelle's name may be made to Broome Animal Sanctuary, 298 State Route 145, Middleburgh, NY, 12122.
