Dear Stacy and Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your son Ja'Juan. He was one of my favorite students at ASH. He was always so happy, kind and caring. I'll never forget watching him sing at the ASH Idol talent show. He will always be in my memories and in my heart.

There are no words ... other than so much disbelief and sadness for you and your family , I am sure the only question you have is WHY , we do not know why these things happen.. I just wanted you and your family to know how sorry I was to hear about your son. I understand what your feeling. When God takes our babies home I believe it's the hardest thing that we will ever go threw. I think the hardest thing is we always remember them when they were little and innocent. It seems Ja Juan was loved by so many and positively affected so many around him. He will never be forgotten. I only just met your son back in January as I was searching for a new vehicle to lease in the coming months. He made quite the first impression. He emanated a warmth and took pride in his job. He was a true gentleman who from what I observed during a number of conversations on the phone and in person, was willing to go the extra mile to help those who worked beside him as well as the public. Heaven has gained another angel. I know that there are no words that can make this better, but I wanted you to know that he was a remarkable man. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Truly one in a million. I only knew Ja'Juan for about 7-8 months from working with him, but he was a person you will never forget. Always smiling and cracking jokes, always willing to help out, and always calm, cool, and collected. My sincere condolences to his family. He will live on in our hearts forever.
