To the Conroy family my sincere condolences. I met Jim years ago while employed at the Chamber of Commerce while he served as Deputy Mayor. Jim was always very kind and thoughtful and even years later when we crossed paths at church or the garden tour, he still was friendly and very gracious. His passing is terrible loss to all. Sincerely, Kathy Berghela
