I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Jim. He was a wonderful man with a big personality. We all loved working with him at Family Footwear Center. Jim will be missed by all of us. He was truly genuine and loving. I will miss him greatly.

"Hey Uncle Jim it´s Jen" was something uncle Jim taught me to say when I enter a room because scaring people isn´t a good idea. You scare a person one time in the middle of night because I wanted Aunt Margaret because I heard a sound outside Marie´s window in her room and get a 5 minute talk on other things I could have done.

French toast sticks every morning and movies on the big TV is what I enjoyed the most while having sleepovers. Spending summers in the pool while the grownups did adult things. The plenty of parties he hosted to make memories with our Grandpa ploof. He always put Grandpa first when it came to Aunt Margaret. Uncle Jim was very strict with me but it made me a better person for it. When Uncle Jim was at the firehouse Aunt Margaret would always bring him lunch and Marie and I would always shared lunches with him at the fire station near RPI.

Uncle Jim always listen when I needed someone to talk when Steve wasn´t doing well because I didn´t know how he did it. On April 17 2024 I called Uncle Jim to let him know that Steve is getting a kidney transplant after a ten year wait and a lot of medical issues. He was so excited and he couldn´t wait for us to come home and celebrate with us. Uncle Jim stood up from his chair and walked to Steve and gave him a hug and told him how proud he was and how proud Aunt Margaret would be right now.

My last memory of uncle Jim was a few weeks ago and I stop by and he was with Ricky and his friend and they where getting ready to go to lunch.

There are so many memories I could share but I am done with crying because I miss and love you so much. Say hi to Aunt Margaret and tell her I miss her so much and wish she was her with me.
