Joan Hart Obituary
ALBANY - Joan Cecilia Hart, 88, of Albany, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born January 11, 1937, in Mechanicville, N.Y., she was a graduate of Troy Catholic High School. Joan worked as an operator for Niagara Mohawk and New York Telephone. Joan loved classical music, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her parents, Alec Perrotta and Vera Brohm; her son, Kevin Hart; and her daughter, Lisa Hart.
She is survived by her brother, Neil Robinson; daughters, Vera Beth Hart and Kimberly Anne Allen; and her son, Robert Scott Hart. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Rion Marmulstein, Trista, Tiffany, and Robert Smith, and Angel Allen; great-grandchildren, Cameron Verbal, Jada Hooks, and Cassidy Stephenson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany. Condolences can be posted at danielkeenanfuneralhome.com
