Joan A. Koechlin

Koechlin, Joan A. RAVENA Joan A. Koechlin, 84, passed away suddenly at home on Friday, January 15, 2021. She was the daughter of the late George and Selma Marshall. Joan was a graduate of R-C-S High School and Mildred Elley Secretarial School. She retired after many years of service with the N.Y.S. Department of Finance. Joan enjoyed doing needlework. Joan was predeceased by her loving husband, Richard Keochlin. Survivors include her nephew, Kim Willey; nieces, Kathy Deyo and Karen Boomhower; sister-in-law, Doris Willey; and godchild, Jennifer Sternfeld. Friends may call at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena on Friday, January 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. with a limited number of people in the building at one time. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with a limit of 25 people attending.
