John O. Haverlick

NASSAU John O. Haverlick, 79, of Nassau, died Thursday, March 18, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Haverlick, born February 4, 1925 in Malden Bridge, N.Y., is the son of the late William and Sarah (Clark) Bemiss Haverlick. He was employed as a caretaker for the M.H. Yager Home for many years and later employed for Camp Schodack for 15 years in the maintenance dept. Mr. Haverlick was past president of the Tri-Village Rod & Gun Club in Valatie, N.Y. He was predeceased by his wife, Sarah (Clarkson) Haverlick in 1994. He is survived by two daughters, Donna Haverlick of Albany, N.Y. and Dorothy Polk of Troy; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a dear friend, Ann McFarland of Nassau. Calling hours will be Monday 4-7 p.m. from the Wenk Funeral Home, Chatham. There are no funeral services.
