John Kindlon Obituary

Kindlon, John E. LATHAM John E. Kindlon, whom everyone called Jack, entered eternal life on Friday, July 2, 2021. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late John and Madeline (Sowek) Kindlon. Jack was a kind and gentle man who loved his children, all dogs, Lake George, baseball (Mets - he would not be happy if anyone ever thought he was a Yankees fan) and ice cream. Jack spent much of his career as a claims adjuster for Aetna Insurance and after his retirement worked as the office manager at Latham Auto Body. Jack was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mariateresa, and is survived by his loving children, Audrey and Neil; his siblings, Daniel (Elizabeth) Kindlon, Barbara Klein, Patricia Coscione, and Paul Kindlon and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services on Tuesday, July 6, at 11 a.m. in St. Ambrose Church, Latham, where his funeral Mass will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal will be held in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery immediately following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, 965 Albany Shaker Rd, Latham, NY, 12110.
