Jack I met you in 1971 I got assigned E1 AFD you were quiet but I wore you down we became friends. Most times in the firehouse we were inseparable. On the outside we fished motor cycled snowmobil. you were my hero and man did we laugh several funny firehouse stories and memories I loved my new brother Jack. I got to know Flo Cindy David and John great family. Then in 1986 I drove to E 10 to say good by and thanks for the 15 years but you had left. I inquired through the years but never found you again but the memories and stories were like yesterday Today I learn you have left us and gone to God. This is a lesser world without you I guess I´ll have to wait till my time to run into you again. My condolences to the family and hey Jack save a place for me we sure need to catch up. I think you always knew you were my hero that´s why you let me be part of your life. Till we meet again I´m a little lost knowing you´re not here. Your friend John Filipello. forever bless my hero´s Engine 1 and Rescue Squad here and gone 1971 the year I became a Firefighter. Later Jack
