I worked for John for only a short time. He was my boss in Data Entry when I first started working in Bill Drafting. I had only know him for a short time before his retirement. He was a really nice person. He will be in my prayers. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He will be truly missed.

To the Scaringe Family,

I'm very sorry to hear about the passing away of such a great man. I knew Mr. Scaringe from middle school. He would always be helping me out along with others. He cared so much for others and put his time and effort in to make others happy. To see him smile everyday made me smile.I'm going to miss coming back to Sand Creek to play UNO during the plays. He was a great father to his daughter DeLynn who was my 8th grade spanish teacher and the director of the plays at Sand Creek. He would always stop by to say hi and talk about things he'd done or places he's been and help everyone out. He'll be truely missed by all and in my heart forever.

To the dear family of John Scaringe:

I feel very sad to learn of John's passing away. I worked with him for a number of years at the Legislative Bill Drafting. He was such an honorable and loyal family man. He talked very often of his lovely wife and children which he adored. They were the main interest in his life. Everything was second....

My condolences to the family and may the Lord give them the strength and special grace at this time and always.

To the Scaringe Family:

Our hearts go out to you at this sad time.

I can remember seeing Mr. Scaringe at the play this summer dancing and singing. We saw him in traffic court when he playfully told my daughter he'd rather see her on stage (she was in some of the plays at Sand Creek MS ) than in court.

We can only image the great sense of loss you must feel. He was such a nice man.

Sincerely,

Phyllis and Marc Hecker, Jenna and Melanie

I never met John personally but remember him from school when I attended and at school functions when my daughter was in school.I remember thinking what devoted parents he and his wife Dianne were.I just want to say how very sorry my husband and I are to hear of his passing. It is such a loss for his family and community. Please accept our sincere condolences. Sincerely, the Pratt family.
