Joe was the best. He was kind, considerate, and smart. He loved his family, wife Barbara, gardening, crossword puzzles(the hard ones), the METS, the SPARTANS, and volunteering.
He will be missed by many who were graced by his presence. R. I. P.

We were sorry to read of Joe's passing. We always looked forward to his return to Beltrone in the Spring when we would see him puttering in the gardens and even painstakingly refreshing painting numbers on the raised garden beds. Thank you for sharing Joe with us. He was a man of few words; but always positive actions. We admired him. Our sincere condolences.
