Jonnie-I played basketball at Sage JCA and enjoyed my conversations and just being around Lee. We would talk about the track in Saratoga, baseball and give a young kid some great advice. He was a great man with an incredible heart. All the guys on the team respected him and were very thankful of his efforts. He will be truly missed.

Jonnie-
I officiated basketball with Lee back in the late 70's. He always remained a great friend with officials throughout the years. Whenever I ran into him at a game or just on the street he was always upbeat with his dry sense of humor. It was an honor to have known him. May you always keep him close to your heart and may he rest in peace.

I grew up living upstairs from Lee in my parents home, which Lee eventually purchased. Many an evening I spent discussing baseball, bowling and more with him. Lee was a good man and will be greatly missed.

Dear Jonnie,
We are very sorry to hear abouut Lee. He will be greatly missed by the sports community. I enjoyed having Lee as my statastition at Catholic High, Sage and HVCC, I was sorry he couldn't follow me to Oneonta. But mostly I was grateful to be able to call him a friend. It was always a joy to spend time with him when our paths would cross. Annie and I have always been very fond of him and he holds a special place in our hearts.

God Bless you and your boys during this difficult time.
Love, The Medici's Vince and Annie
