Dear Sandy,
We were just talking about you and Waxy remembering the great neighbours you were and wondering how you and the children were doing since we have not seen or spoken to you over the last 30 years. We decided to look you up on the internet and to our surprise and sadness learned of the passing of Waxy. Please accept our deepest sympathy and may you be comforted in the fact that he has left much positive impressions in so many lives. God bless you all.

I didn't know Waxy well, he helped me learn generators during my GS training. But what little time I spent with him I figured out quick that he was a great guy with a wealth knowledge. Please accept my sympathies for your loss.

I was saddened to hear of Waxy’s passing. He was a great guy whom I had the pleasure of working with back in the 70’s and I never forgot him. I am sorry for your loss.

Dear Sandy and family,
Our prayers and thoughts are with you. The news about Waxy was very saddening. As Generator Specialist, I always looked forward to working with him anytime and anyplace. Waxy had always been a real pleasure to work with and even just to be around. He was honest, hardworking, and extremely competent. His friendship and kindness always showed thorough. His true "colors" were always enlightening. He will be terribly missed but definitely never forgotten.
Sincerely,
Michael Hilkey, retired GE Generator Specialist
