LEESBURG, Va. - Olga M. Harris, originally of North Greenbush, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the home of her niece in Leesburg, Va. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Elsie Harris; and the sister of the late Helen Chingusky. Olga worked for many years as a secretary for the D & H Railroad, and later for Grassland Services, where she made many cherished lifelong friends. A devoted member of St. Basil's Orthodox Church in Maplewood, Olga will be remembered for her faith, generosity, and the love she shared with everyone around her. She is survived by her loving niece, Karen (Nathaniel) Cooper of Leesburg, Va.; her beloved great-nieces and great-nephew, Noah, Alexandra, and Kyra; best friends, Marie Saluga and Marie Filak; and many dear relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 10, 2025 at 11 a.m., in St. Basil's Russian Orthodox Church, Maplewood. Interment will follow in St. Basil's Cemetery. Friends are invited to attend, and may also visit at the Parker Bros. Memorial in Watervliet, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 3 to 5 p.m., where the Panahyda Service will held at 4:30 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Basil's Russian Orthodox Church, or the Alzheimer's and Dementia Foundation.
