Andy,
My deepest sympathy for the loss of your father. I will keep him in my prayers.

I was lucky enough to get to know Paul through his volunteer work in the Albany Schools. We had a special connection because I grew up knowing his son, Andy, in Albany! He was always good natured, his eyes sparkled with humor! What a lovely, patient, generous man. He loved to talk about his family and we shared interests in gardening and in talking about Ogunquit, Maine. Paul added beauty to his section of the world in many ways, one of which was in his yard where I got to see his creation of a luscious urban oasis. He will be greatly missed, but well remembered!

To Andy and the Cohen family- I was so sorry to learn about the loss of your father. Although I did not know him, his obituary painted a picture of a wonderful man who will be missed by the many people his life touched.

Mr. Cohen you have only been away for a day and I miss you so much. I will miss sharing the Sunday Times with you: you the TV guide and me the coupons. I enjoyed you telling me before you attended your family reunion last year that you were the elder of the family; pointing prowdley to your self. But after you returned from the reunion you chuckled telling me that you had a cousin that was a few years older and when you grow up you waned to be just like her, because she was a remarkable woman. I told you at that time how remarkable you were at 83yo operating a big graden ,attending meetings and baking cookies that you didn't mind sharing with me Yum!
Blessings and strenght to your loving family.

To his family, I am sorry for your loss. I know how much he will be missed.
I worked with Paul at Realty USA for many years. He was such a gentleman and a delight to work with. I remember how excited he was to move from his Amsterdam country home into the Ten Broeck Mansion area. He loved the city life and his flowers. He and Barbara were the perfect pair.
