I remember ever since I was a little kid I would occasionally see her outside while I was walking home from Waterford-Halfmoon Elementary/High School around 2:30 pm and she would always wave and say hello every time she saw me. She was a very nice woman and she will certainly be missed.

It always felt so good to see Mrs. Hume..., Rose. She had a way that just made you feel special. She and Red always made me feel welcome in their home, whether in the garage watching a ball game, hanging out in their basement, or backed into the corner by her poodle, Fudgie.
She is a warm and wonderful person and it shows in her family. My thoughts are with my friends. I am so sorry for your loss and am deeply, deeply saddened.
