Although I retired from the VA a few years ago, I remember working with Shannon so well. She was always there to help out the veterans and her co- workers. She was very kind and sweet. She was a courageous woman. A donation in her honor and memory was made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. May her family and loved ones be comforted in knowing how many lives she touched. May she rest in peace.
