Shannon O'Toole Obituary
SARATOGA - Shannon A. O'Toole, 49, entered into Eternal Rest unexpectedly, on November 1, 2025.
Shannon is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, William and Kelly O'Toole Jr.; her children, Brianna, Carter, Ashley, Kross and Devon; four grandsons; aunts and uncles. She was predeceased by her parents, William J O'Toole Sr., Irene O'Toole-Enos; and her infant sister, Bridget.
She was a 1994 graduate of South Colonie High School. She was previously employed at NCO Financial, Owners Choice Funding and various other organizations; most recently at Jimmy's Eggs.
She loved life and enjoyed sunbathing, and enjoyed getting her hair and nails done. Her passion was to always keep busy, and cook for an army of people.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Shannon's family on Saturday, from 12 to 2 p.m., at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave., Colonie.
