Pounds, Willie Lee RAVENA Willie Lee Pounds (Lipscomb) of Ravena, died on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at the age of 90. Willie was born to George and Lue Fannie Lipscomb on May 6, 1930, in Coeymans.Willie grew up the oldest of five and graduated from Ravena Coeymans Central School. She married Wildy O. Pounds Sr. in 1950 and the union produced five children. Willie is survived by her brother, William Lipscomb (Alice); sister-in-law, Joan Lipscomb; daughters, Donna Pounds-Harrison (William), Tracey Pounds and Chaliss Pounds-Hayward (John); sons, Wildy (Jed) Pounds Jr. and George (Edwin) Pounds (Talisa); and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wildy O. Pounds Sr.; brothers, George Henry Lipscomb and Shirley Lipscomb; sister, Barbara Lipscomb Furlong; and her parents. Jeddy, I am sorry your mom passed. I met her as a young man and can see her and your dads faces. You are lucky to have had such quality people as parents. I remember the times we shared in high school and later playing football with the Mallers. Great times and memories! Keep love strong in your heart my brother.

To the Pounds Family: Sorry for your loss. My condolences go out to you. My thoughts and prayers are with you this Holiday season. Our families´ heritage goes way back in Coeymans.
