I remember when Andy was a young man and my mother-in-law Georgia B. Snyder would take me and her granddaughter (Joycelyn) to church where his father (A.B.) was the Pastor. It was a real honor to have known and served with Mr. Andrew on the Board of Directors for non-profit I-CAN, Inc. He was very pleasant, giving and humerous and possessed a wealth of wisdom and knowledge. I am truly saddened by his loss. The kindness and attention Andrew showed with my dad's burial made a heart wrenching tragic affair very comfortable. He became more than a service provider, he became a friend.
