REPPERT Florist Carrie Ethan Smith Reppert "Smitty". Jesus called and Smitty answered with a smile on April 30, 2005. She joins Jeannie, Rusty, her parents and many loving friends and relatives. Smitty was an artist in the Florist Industry of N.E. Florida from 1930-1990 +. As a floral designer she became personally involved with her customers to create the exact design for their need. She was a mentor, teacher, and friend to many who followed in her footsteps to become excellent floral designers. The world is a much better place because she traveled here for 92 years.
