Dear Shirley, my heart goes out to you and the family at this sad time.

Charlie was one of a kind and so loved by so many people. My son, Edward Prince, worked with him at the sewer plant for a period of time

and thought the world of him. I remember him from high school (I graduated in 1950)and had such a crush on him and Joe Gardner! I knew a couple of sweethearts when I saw them even back then and was lucky enough to marry my own sweetheart. We had 45 years of happy memories that have sustained me for nearly four years. God bless and keep you in his Grace. Love, Jeannie Sue (Brinson) Prince

Charles: The first time I met you, Yogi introduced us and then your beautiful daughter, Jennifer, came to be a member of our swim team. Your wife, Shirley, has been one of the most dedicated team mothers to our swim team. Yogi spoke so highly of you, even before I got to know you. All the men at the Motor Pool have asked about you for these past months that you were ill. We will always remember your cheerful way and your beautiful family.

We know you are relieved of your pain and are at peace now.

We love you.
