I was very sorry to hear of Petri's passing. I had the pleasure of traveling with him on business several times. The most notable was a trip to Minneapolis on February 24th. I won't forget the date because it was my birthday and it was also perhaps the coldest I have ever been. There I was with nothing but a light London Fog coat...but Petri was nice and warm in his thick coat, hat and gloves. He was a special person who I feel priviledged to have known.

What do you say about someone who has taken you by the hand and led you though life. Petri, my big brother, was always there for me, and whoever needed him. I will miss his smile, sense of humor, brotherly concern, his wisdom and quiet, gentle way. He was so special, and loved his family. It will be hard to fill the void his death has left us.
Petri, I will miss you.

Mary Lou,
My deepest sympathies to you and your family. I just learned about Petri and am deeply saddened. Just last week I was looking at a book which he gave me several years ago and I chuckled about what a true friend he had been to me. He was one of the most thoughtful and generous people I have ever met.

I met Petri through his brother Chris in the early seventies and received my first credit card from him. He was fun to be around. He will be missed.

We were "ole" neighbors back in '70's at River Reach Apartments.
Seems like yesterday you and Petri sat on the balony as newlyweds then.
