Shirley, Doris,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. She was always smiling and so kind to us. She accepted Tina as one of her own and I do appreciate that. What a great heritage you have in memories of a wonderful mother who was a friend to many.

To Mr. Joy, Doris, and the entire Joy family, I am sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. Heaven is a much brighter place now.

Eloise Joy exemplified the meaning of her last name. She radiated joy and love to everyone with whom she came in contact. When we became her neighbors four years ago, she and Merle welcomed us with open arms and continued to be the best neighbors anyone could ask for. We loved having her live across from us on King James Place, but now she is living with the King of Kings. For that we are so happy, but we will surely miss her here.

I will miss everything about Eloise, she was the best friend anyone could ask for. I will miss her infectious laughter, her encouraging words when she knew you feeling down. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She and Merle lived out their Christian life everyday. I will miss her dearly and I loved her so much.

To the entire Joy family - my thoughts and prayers are with you. I can't tell you how Eloise blessed us in the recent months while my mother faced her last days. Eloise (and Merle) dropped in for visits, brought food, took in the mail and garbage cans and many other acts of serving. The most amazing blessing she gave us was when she brought a CD to the house to play by my mom's bedside of a beautiful song about a mother's passing and her children holding her hands as she met Jesus! It was a beautiful time with her as we all shed tears of joy knowing how blessed we are with the peace that only Jesus brings. Blessings to all of you my sweet friends. . . as you rejoice in the beautiful life your mother, wife and grandmother lived!
