Linda, Paige, Marlena,

Our hearts are saddened to hear about Ervyn. We used to enjoy being with you all so much when you were neighbors to the Merrifields in Louisville. We loved to hear him talk and tell his funny stories. He will be missed by so many and please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We did not know until talking to Mike & Bev yesterday.

Words are totally inadequate to describe the sense of loss we all feel. My memories of Ervyn run from the time I was a tiny child to just a few weeks ago, and they will always be framed by his "Bennett" humor, a grin that would light up his entire face, and the joy he found with his family and friends. Ervyn was a truly happy man, and we will all miss him terribly. Deepest sympathies to Linda, Paige, and Marlena, and to John and Bob, from his Aunt Marion and the rest of the Duncans - Wilbur, Mack and Julie, Doug, and me. With much love, Lucia
