I have been searching for Evangeline Jackson (vangie) as I knew her 37 years ago. I am not sure to visit her and I apologize for what may come across as disrespect. I knew her in Tampa as we were both going through a situation at a young age.if a family member can reach out and if at any time she lived in Tampa on empadrado Street about 37 years ago.
