Gary,
My oldest brother, I love you and I miss you. With the age difference between us, my childhood memories of us together are few, but are good ones and will never be forgotten. I'll always remember the rides on your motorcycle and our way of saying hello and good-bye with a punch in the arm. I've always admired and bragged about how you never let anything stop you. There was never anything you couldn't do, regardless of what it was, from rebuilding an engine, to oil painting and anything in between. If you didn't already know how to do it, you taught yourself and you did it like a pro. I don't think you knew how to say the words relax, rest, or time off. For you, there was always something to do. Whether it was for yourself, your family, or anyone else that just simply needed help, you were right there. You've taught us all how to work hard, conquer obstacles, and to serve others. You've left behind some big shoes to fill and a lot of broken hearts. It is comforting to know that you're in HEAVEN, with the LORD OUR GOD, where there is no more pain and no more suffering. Through your life and your death, I pray that families and friends are brought together and that those, that are not saved, come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior. Now, Gary, you can relax, for your job is done and your mark has been made. Until we see you again, we will all continue to love you, miss you, and cherish our memories of you.
Love Always,
Your little brother
