Dear Pat and family,

Please know that you are all in my prayers for comfort and strength in your time of loss. The Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. I believe that and know that you do too. You took great care of your mother and now she is with the Lord and all her cares are fully met with the Lord. He will take care of you as well as we lift you up in prayer to Him.

My deepest sympathy to the Lockett family. After years of heartache and illness, I finally got my mother to move here from Kentucky. We only had 18 months before her heart gave out, but they were precious. That was 1998, and I miss her every day, but I'm grateful for the good and bad times. I know how much this loss hurts, but concentrating on the good memories helps. I'll be thinking of you.
