I am a Messer Family Historian in North Carolina and it always saddens me when a Messer Family member is taken from their family. My thoughts and prayers are with each member of Buddy's family.

Dearest Pearl,

I was so sorry to read about Buddy's passing.....I know you are having a hard time, I lost my Frank last March myself and I still can hardly believe it. We will always hold dear the many wonderful times we had at Camp Blanding with you and Buddy. Give me a call if Pam or I can do anything for you. Love...Mary, Chris Jr., Michael, Pam, Kim and Brad

I am so sorry to hear Buddy has passed away. I worked with him at the School Board for many years. I retired in 1994 and have not seen him since.

Pearl: I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I only remember "Buddy" from when I was a kid, but I have always thought good things about you and Buddy.
